Delivery
Every order is reserved the moment you place it and confirmed personally over WhatsApp. Delivery charges depend on your shipping destination:
- India: ₹100 flat shipping on orders under ₹1,000 — free delivery on orders of ₹1,000 and above. Prices are shown inclusive of GST.
- United Arab Emirates: AED 30 flat shipping on orders under AED 300 — free delivery on orders of AED 300 and above.
- Rest of the world: we ship worldwide; the shipping cost is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll help with an exchange or return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Custom, personalised or made-to-order pieces, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
